Fees are invoiced according to the scope defined during the onboarding process. Payment deadlines and any milestone-based billing are outlined in each project agreement or proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges per the applicable law in Tunisia.

All proprietary content, including the Z.Strategy brand assets, methodologies, templates, and software, remains the exclusive property of Z.Strategy unless a written license states otherwise.

You retain ownership of the materials you submit, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z.Strategy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption arising from your use of our services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, though we strive to maintain high availability. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the services that gave rise to the claim within the past twelve months.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis unless another jurisdiction is mutually agreed in writing.

Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within 30 days.

Upon termination, you must settle any outstanding invoices and cease using our proprietary resources. We will retain project data for a limited retention period to ensure a smooth transition.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will provide notice via email or through our platform, along with the updated effective date.

Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
